There are a few DLC that are more worth getting than others, considering the features they unlock. Of course Chapter Expansions are not included with ESO plus, you will have to buy them separately, or wait a couple of years until they are included in the base version of the game. Personally, I just keep an active ESO plus subscription, as I find it more convenient and honest compared to buying a new DLC every 3 months! ESO Plus unlocks all DLC content while you’re active, so you can simply have the full experience at any moment.
