A mission with a red check mark has been completed and cannot be replayed, a green check mark means all rewards have been claimed, but the mission can still be replayed (in the prologue there is no point to doing this), and an arrow means there are more rewards available for completing that mission. Most missions can be played more than once, and offer a variety of rewards plus an extra bonus for first time completion. Missions that are rated as 'Impossible' are not always actually impossible - With the right combination of heroes and power-ups, they can often be won. Missions are rated based on their difficulty, from 'Trivial' to 'Impossible'. Unlocked missions can be played in any order, and completing them will unlock more missions.
