And while the PRT don't know that she creates these creatures using her power instead of tinkering, she would have a Stricker rating due to the need to touch her creations to alter them. She has about the same ability as Bitch does with her dogs in the Master rating, her Tinker rating is one below Blasto due to her creations being not as dangerous as his, to the PRT at least. Personally I would rate her a Master 4, Tinker 5*, Stricker 1. Taylor cannot control her creatures directly, so that would net her a much lower rating. A parahuman who has been given a Master 9 labeling would potentially have the ability to make an entire city do the thriller.
You have Taylor labeled as a Master 9, I believe that's WAY too high. This story is going nicely, but I gotta nitpick this one detail.
